New Product Launch

Designed with the creative and health conscious foodie in mind, our new range of Sausage Making Kits offer the home cook the opportunity to make their own delicious artisan sausages from scratch in the comfort of their own kitchen.

Following a year of research, design and testing, we are delighted to finally announce the launch of this new range of DIY kits just in time for Christmas.

The range consists of 4 unique sausage kits, each containing 3 different blends of seasoning mix which make approx. 20 sausages each.  Therefore each kit produces approx. 60 delicious gourmet sausages in total, that's a lot of family meals!

From the start these kits have created quite a stir amongst foodies keen to unleash their creative skills in the kitchen and embrace natural, uncomplicated, honest food.  Shop bought sausages have improved greatly in recent years but you still can't beat the flavour and freshness of homemade sausages.  By making them yourself, you know exactly what is going into them and more importantly "what is NOT"!

Our kits are ideal for families, encouraging children to learn about how their favourite food is made.  An information leaflet with useful tips and advice is provided together with beautifully illustrated instructions guiding you through the entire sausage making process.  Just add meat and water.  Each kit includes a sausage filling machine, sausage casing, 3 pairs of food grade gloves and 3 seasoning mixes.  Once you've used up your seasonings, just pop back and order more, there are 12 flavours in total to choose from!  Our recipes are designed to be flexible too so if you'd rather add wine instead of water, that's no problem.  The 'Drunken Old English' would be a great choice!  If you're a cheese lover, why not add strong cheddar to the 'West Country Cider Apple' and create the perfect ploughman's sausage?

If you're looking for the perfect gift this Christmas, look no further.  These kits are fun, creative, incredibly delicious and just keep on giving throughout the whole year!
